To whom it may concern/interest,
Here is a basic idea for my weight loss program. Basically all you do all day, is eat while spinning wildly on a spinning chair, while holding a trash can. The purpose of the trash can is so you can vomit without the need to get up to throw up, which transforms the fat from the food into abs, from the vomiting. It provides an entertaining and effective way to lose weight and gain stone hard abs, so hard in fact that when the abs are flexed they can smash walnuts into a fine powder.
You may say that this suggestion is disgusting, but really it is quite healthy as the vomit is not purge vomit, but rather motion sickness vomit, which is surprisingly completely different. You may say that all nutrients are lost by vomiting, however if you keep eating you are actually losing very little nutrients, as you digest more than you blow out.
